I'm deeply into e-sports and games that lead me to watch and enjoy live streams. It made me analyze and learn more about the related industries. Among the businesses, I choose Twitch, the global biggest live streaming platform.

This is the presentation I will present an analysis and list of recommendations on my chosen organization, Twitch, about their company culture. I point out the strengths and weaknesses of the organization in  5 elements of inclusive culture; Shared Purpose, Working Agreements, Inclusive System, Autonomy & Flexibility, and Intentional Connection.
